We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver products of exceptional quality and style. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are permitted only on the same day of purchase and before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be eligible for consideration.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewellery, hair accessories, and personal wear items (e.g., scarves, innerwear, etc.).
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or altered products made to order.
  • Items damaged after delivery or returned without original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation stating whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider’s timelines.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale & Discounted Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please mail it to the address above.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as KANZ is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
